Overall, ifs perfect for short stay in case of layovers and is not far from airport

Value for money

Its not as close to the airport as it might show on booking.com. It takes 30mins to get to T3 and getting a Taxi can take time, especially in peak hours

Peaceful and clean oasis near the airport with outstanding service!

The cleanest and most comfortable lodging on this trip. Very peaceful to sit on the balcony at breakfast and read. The room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly. The hospitality was outstanding.

I didn’t like that I left and had to go to a different part of Manila. This was the best lodging on the trip.

Budget friendly property

The location is very much accessible from and to the international airports. The staff were very helpful and went over and beyond to help me during my stay. They let me borrow an adapter for my charger and booked me a taxi at 4 in the morning. This property is very budget friendly which is all you’ll need if you want to quickly recharge and freshen up during a long lay over. Check-in and check-out is very smooth. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff

Usually not writing reviews, but lovely staff and so flexible! They invited me for dinner when arrived later. Again, they provided me breakfast at 5:30! Close to the airport, but be aware of the traffic! Takes at least 30 mins to go and to come back.

Wonderful

Staff were so nice. They made breakfast so early for us before we left for the airport and it was delicious. Place was clean and comfortable. Close to airport. Good for when you want just a place to stay for that reason. The staff helped us when we couldn't get a grab for the airport they dropped us for a fee and couldn't have been more accommodating.

Recurring visitor, knowing it will be good and even more then good

I'm a recurring visitor, so I like everything. Hassle free check-in, flexible breakfast options, helpful smiling staff. Arriving or departing at late/early hours: not a problem. Close to the airport, so.often departure is near when you stay here, but it's the best possible way to take away great memories from this country.

Keeping in mind the price category, there's really nothing I don't like here. Great value for money!

Hotel was hard to find even for the taxi driver but once there the room was very good the staff very helpful breakfast was very good, for the cost of the hotel you can't go wrong.

Great stay near airport

For the price, the stay was well worth it. Staff was very helpful. On time with breakfast and calling a taxi. Room was very clean and comfortable.

within 30 mins proximity to NAIA terminal 3. a very late check in was accepted. firm mattress. small but filling breakfast on the roof terrace. excellent value for money.

Ok for a quick stay close to airport.

Very clean, close to the airport. Tasty breakfast. Not much in area but staff helped me order in some dinner with grab :) Bed was also fairly comfortable.

I felt rushed out the next morning. My flight didn't board until 1050 am and they still insisted that I take a 7 am grab because of rush hour and take a 6 am breakfast. Ended up even earlier as I got a knock on the door at 545 am with breakfast and 645 am saying grab arriving! I thought.. maybe they know something I don't?? But, no - It was maybe a 15 min ride and I ended up waiting in the one room domestic terminal for hours :( Also when I arrived my shower didn't work. There was just a big bucket of water with a scoop.

Great accomodation close to airport and tasty breakfast

Breakfast at the terrace was delicious. We had the milkfish and it was fantastic! Highly recommend trying that!

There was no water when we arrived in the evening but in morning it worked fine.
